localBotsNothing leaves your phone.
localBots runs AI models entirely on your iPhone. We built it so that your conversations never have to leave your device.
What stays on your device
- Chats, bots and routines. Everything you write, every bot you create and every routine you schedule is stored only in the app's private storage on your iPhone. It is never uploaded to us or to anyone else.
- Models. Language models are downloaded once from Hugging Face and then run locally on the device's processor. Your prompts are processed on your phone, not on a server.
- Voice. Dictation and voice chat use Apple's on-device speech recognition and speech synthesis. Audio is not sent to us.
- Photos. Images you attach are processed on the device by the model you selected and stored with the chat.
What leaves your device
- Model downloads. When you download a model, the app contacts
huggingface.coto fetch the model files. Hugging Face may see your IP address and the name of the model, as with any download. - DeepSearch (optional). If you turn on DeepSearch for a message, the app sends that message text as a search query to DuckDuckGo (
html.duckduckgo.com) and, if that fails, to Wikipedia's public API, then downloads the top result pages. These services may see your IP address and the query. DeepSearch is off by default and can be turned off at any time.
What we collect
Nothing. localBots has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. We do not operate any server that receives data from the app.
Notifications
Reminders and routine alerts are local notifications scheduled on your device. They are not sent through any remote service.
Deleting your data
Delete a chat, a bot or a model inside the app, or delete the app to remove everything. Nothing remains anywhere else.
Children
localBots is not directed at children under 17. Because DeepSearch can retrieve arbitrary web content and models can generate unmoderated text, the app is rated 17+ on the App Store.

localBots esegue i modelli di intelligenza artificiale interamente sul tuo iPhone: le conversazioni non devono mai lasciare il dispositivo.
Cosa resta sul dispositivo
- Chat, bot e routine. Tutto ciò che scrivi, ogni bot che crei e ogni routine che programmi sono salvati solo nello spazio privato dell'app sul tuo iPhone. Non vengono mai inviati a noi o ad altri.
- Modelli. I modelli vengono scaricati una volta da Hugging Face e poi eseguiti in locale. I tuoi messaggi sono elaborati sul telefono, non su un server.
- Voce. Dettatura e chat vocale usano il riconoscimento e la sintesi vocale di Apple sul dispositivo. L'audio non ci viene inviato.
- Foto. Le immagini allegate sono elaborate sul dispositivo dal modello scelto e salvate insieme alla chat.
Cosa esce dal dispositivo
- Download dei modelli. Quando scarichi un modello, l'app contatta
huggingface.coper ottenere i file. Hugging Face può vedere il tuo indirizzo IP e il nome del modello, come per qualsiasi download. - DeepSearch (facoltativo). Se attivi DeepSearch per un messaggio, l'app invia il testo di quel messaggio come query a DuckDuckGo (
html.duckduckgo.com) e, in caso di errore, all'API pubblica di Wikipedia, poi scarica le pagine dei primi risultati. Questi servizi possono vedere il tuo indirizzo IP e la query. DeepSearch è disattivato per impostazione predefinita.
Cosa raccogliamo
Nulla. localBots non ha account, analytics, pubblicità né tracciamento. Non gestiamo alcun server che riceva dati dall'app.
Notifiche
Promemoria e avvisi delle routine sono notifiche locali programmate sul dispositivo.
Cancellazione dei dati
Elimina una chat, un bot o un modello dall'app, oppure elimina l'app per rimuovere tutto. Non resta nulla altrove.
Minori
localBots non è rivolta a minori di 17 anni: DeepSearch può recuperare contenuti web arbitrari e i modelli possono generare testo non moderato, per questo l'app è classificata 17+ sull'App Store.
